Governance
DairyNZ has a governing board of eight members. Five are farmer-elected and three are independent, professional directors.
The responsibility of the DairyNZ Board is to oversee DairyNZ’s strategic goals and make key decisions on how DairyNZ best responds to the risks and opportunities impacting our farmers and sector. The Board's decision-making is supported by DairyNZ’s leadership team.
Together, our Board and leadership team bring a wide and diverse range of experience and expertise to DairyNZ.
