4. DAISY AI
4.1 This clause 4 applies to your access to, and use of, the DAiSYTM AI tool available on our website (DAiSYTM). DAiSYTM is provided to help you browse our website and to get the best out of our resources.
4.2 By using DAiSYTM, you acknowledge and agree that:
4.2.1 DAiSYTM is powered by third-party artificial intelligence software and may provide information that is incomplete or inaccurate. The content provided by DAiSYTM is for general use only and you should use your own discretion and judgement as to the relevance or suitability of the information for your intended use. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information and advice provided by DAiSYTM for your purposes;
4.2.2 DAiSYTM is focused on providing access to and use of information hosted on our website, and that may not be the most accurate, up to date, or relevant information for your purposes;

4.2.6 We accept no liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, the content provided by DAiSYTM, or the information that you disclose via DAiSYTM. To the extent permitted by law, you indemnify and hold us harmless for any costs, expenses, losses and damages incurred by you or by us in relation to your use of DAiSYTM, including in connection with any privacy breach affecting any personal information that you disclose via DAiSYTM; and
4.2.7 If you are using this website or DAiSYTM on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business or organisation to these Terms of Use, and that in this context “you” will refer to both you personally and that business or organisation.
