FarmTune is a system developed by DairyNZ delivered by trained consultants to enhance dairy farm management using the principles of LEAN. This system helps you sharpen your farm's operation, identify and eliminate waste, improve safety, streamline milking times, reduce frustration, and enhance team communication and engagement. FarmTune provides tools such as Waste Hunt, allowing you and your team to practically implement LEAN thinking.
