Please note that from 1 July 2024, DairyNZ will no longer produce Farmwatch and the contents on this page will no longer be available.
With the huge growth in farm data sources over the past few years, DairyNZ has made a practical decision to avoid duplication with others in the sector who deliver this information using a larger data set which provides better national coverage for farmers.
We will be exploring opportunities to incorporate pasture information into DairyNZ’s Econ Tracker tool. Econ Tracker leverages our economic and farm systems expertise and pulls data from other trusted third parties to help farmers with financial planning, forecasting and budgeting right now.
